(1) Customer Service

Our customer service representatives are available 24/7 to discuss your project details. Just send us an email, a WhatsApp message, or a LinkedIn message. You can also reach us on any of the many freelance platform on which we operate. Our Customer service agent will discuss your project details with you and get back shortly to you with a quote, proposing a specified cost and deadline based on your requirements.

(2) Our Specialists

After reaching an agreement regarding your project’s scope, your project will be assigned to one or more of our specialists. The specialists who will be assigned to your project are ready to work diligently to finish your urgent project on time or even before time. Just let us know your deadline and rest assured we got you covered.

(3) Integrated Services

The Arabic Studio team members are distributed into several specialized, cross-functional departments. Depending on the nature of the project, one or more specialists work on each project, as a team. For example, brochure translation projects are handled by a translator, a proofreader, and a brochure designer. Likewise, video dubbing projects are handled by a video translator, along with voice actor, video editor and sound editor. At The Arabic Studio, you will never have to worry about quality, or have to search for different providers for long.

(4) Quality Assurance​​

To ensure the quality of all projects, we assign a specialist to review the work before submitting it to our clients. Our specialist requests modifications to be made by the assigned team members before delivering the final version to you. Thus, we guarantee the quality of the project without the need from you to have experience in this language or that. At the same time, our project managers will ensure quality control for the as whole for consistency purposes.

(5) Delivery & Post-Purchase Service​

Rest assured that our work does not end upon delivery, but rather when you are 100% satisfied with the service. Therefore, we will be fully prepared for all modifications as soon as possible so that the work exceeds all your expectations and to your full satisfaction. Revisions are free-of-charge as long as your revision request doesn’t require changing the original scope of your project. Only in such cases we might ask for extra charges for revision requests.
