Training materials and e-learning content
Prepare your materials for Arabic training translation
A training project can contain several versions of the same instruction: slide text, a handout, a quiz and a narration script. A clear inventory helps you request the Arabic text and media you need without losing track of what will be reviewed or delivered.
Discuss your project1. Identify the learners and the approved version
Name the intended learners, their country and the language they use at work. Explain whether the course introduces a subject or assumes specialist knowledge. Share the learning objectives and any approved terms or product names before translation begins.
Choose a source version and record its date or revision number. If slides and narration differ, identify which wording governs the lesson. A later change to the source may also affect the translated questions, recorded voice and subtitles.
2. Inventory every piece of learner-facing content
Count the files and mark the components included in your request. Separate materials for translation from reference documents. Screenshots help explain where short labels appear, but editable text makes the translation scope clearer.
- Slides, speaker notes, diagrams and text embedded in images.
- Questions, answer options, correct-answer keys and feedback messages.
- Handouts, workbooks, checklists and course completion messages.
- Narration scripts, existing audio and video requiring translated subtitles.
3. Keep instruction, assessment and terminology aligned
Give each lesson and question a stable reference. Provide the answer key separately so the translation can preserve the intended distinction between options. Identify terms that must match existing training, internal policies or product interfaces.
For example, a fictional software lesson may instruct a learner to select a button named “Submit.” Include a screen reference and the approved interface label, rather than leaving the translator to guess whether it means submitting an assignment or sending a message. This is an illustrative preparation example, not a client case study.
Tell us who reviews subject accuracy and who approves the Arabic language. Requirements for legal, healthcare or other specialist content are assessed before the scope and availability are confirmed.
4. Scope narration, subtitles and layouts explicitly
If you need an Arabic voice, supply the approved script, preferred Arabic variety, pronunciation notes and intended use. Identify separate lesson files and any fixed timing. When the source will change, agree how script updates will be approved before recording.
For video, specify a subtitle file, a video with permanent subtitles or another agreed output. For slides and handouts, discuss the editable return format and layout review. Translation, recording, subtitle timing and design are separate components that can be quoted together when appropriate.
5. Assign responsibility for the finished course
Translated text or audio is a different deliverable from a rebuilt course. If you need changes inside an authoring tool or an LMS package, name the tool, version and export format so those technical requirements can be assessed separately. Support for SCORM, xAPI, rebuilding and functional testing must be confirmed for the actual project.
Agree a representative lesson for review, the final file list, the approval owner and how consolidated feedback will be supplied. Then send the inventory through our document translation request with the media and implementation requirements clearly identified.
Before you request a quote
Can we request selected lessons rather than an entire course?
Yes, selected text and media can be assessed. Identify the lesson boundaries and include the terminology and surrounding context needed to keep the selected material consistent.
Does training translation automatically include LMS or SCORM delivery?
No. Text and media delivery, course rebuilding, packaging and functional testing have separate responsibilities. Share the authoring tool and export requirements so technical scope and availability can be confirmed.
What should we send first?
Send a file inventory, languages, audience, source version, representative lesson and required outputs. Identify any specialist review or confidentiality requirements before sharing sensitive material.
Ready to define the scope?
Share the materials and the decisions you have made. We confirm availability, deliverables, price and timing for your actual project.
