    Document translation FAQs

Languages, scanned files, delivery formats, review and certification.

    A question about your files?
    Ask our team

Can you preserve the original layout?

We review your source files and agree the formatting, typesetting and final delivery format before work begins. Complex layouts and scanned documents may need additional preparation.

    See the document example
What source files can I send?

You can attach PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT, JPG and PNG files in the form, including reference material. Please use clear scans and editable originals where available. For another format, contact our team to arrange transfer.

How are price and delivery confirmed?

We review the language pair, document length, subject matter, formatting and your deadline, then send a tailored quote. The scope, price and delivery schedule are agreed before work begins.

Can I share terminology and reference files?

Yes. Attach your glossary, previously approved translations, brand guidelines or other references. Tell us which files are for translation and which are for reference in your project brief.

    How are my documents handled?

Your files and contact details are used to review your requirements, prepare a quote and provide the agreed service. Please read our privacy policy before submitting. Tell us about any confidentiality or access requirements before sharing sensitive material.

    Read our privacy policy
What if I need a correction?

Contact us with your project reference and the detail that needs attention. We review it against the source and the agreed requirements. Revision scope and terms are confirmed with your quote.

Do you translate documents from English to Arabic and Arabic to English?

Yes. We translate in both directions for business reports, presentations, manuals and company documents. Tell us the intended audience, subject and final use, and share any approved terminology or spelling of names. Other language pairs can be requested and are confirmed after we review your brief.

Can you translate scanned documents or image files?

You can send a clear scanned PDF, JPG or PNG for review. Include every page and make sure the text, figures and tables are legible. Scans may require text extraction or manual preparation; we confirm feasibility, formatting, cost and timing after checking the files. Send an editable original as well if you have one.

Will I receive an editable file or a PDF?

The delivery format is agreed in your quote. Tell us whether you need an editable document, presentation, spreadsheet or final PDF, and provide the source file where available. Recreating a scanned document or matching a complex layout may require additional formatting work; matching the original exactly is not assumed.

How is document translation different from certified translation?

Document translation focuses on accurate content for business, technical or general use. Certified translation adds a certification statement, signature or stamp when required by the receiving authority. Tell us where the document will be submitted and share the stated requirements so we can confirm the appropriate service.

What does the translation review include?

We check the translated text against the source for meaning, terminology and consistency, including names, numbers and dates where present. Share your glossary and reference files so they can guide the review. Formatting checks, specialist requirements and any additional review stages are agreed in the project scope.

Can I request translation of selected pages or sections?

Identify the exact pages, slides, worksheets or passages you want translated, and distinguish them from reference material. Providing the complete source can help clarify context. We confirm the selected content, any connected headings or tables and the final delivery format in your quote.

Can you translate technical manuals and specialist documents?

Technical manuals and product documentation can be submitted for review. Share the subject, intended readers, source files, glossary and any approved references. We assess the required language pair and subject expertise before confirming the work; specify any additional specialist review or formatting requirements in your brief.
