FAQ

Arabic voice talent & casting FAQs.

Which Arabic dialects can I hear in the published demos?

The published demos include Modern Standard Arabic, Egyptian Arabic, Saudi Arabic and Emirati Arabic. Each profile labels the variety heard in its sample. A sample label does not describe every dialect or performance style a voice actor may be able to record.

Are these human voice actors?

Yes. This directory presents human voice actors and their published demos. AI voice-over and voice cloning are separate services. Tell us whether you need a human performance or want to discuss another production approach.

How do I shortlist and enquire about a voice?

Listen to the demos, use Add to shortlist, then select Request a Quote in Your shortlist. Your selected names are added to the editable project brief. You can also enquire about one performer from Voice details, or copy your selection for reference.

Can I request an audition using my script?

Include your script or an excerpt and explain what you need to hear. We will confirm whether a custom audition can be arranged, along with performer availability, timing and any applicable terms or charges.

What affects the price of booking a voice actor?

The quote depends on the performer, script length, recording requirements, intended usage, channels, markets and usage period. Direction, editing, revisions and additional versions can also affect the scope. Share your brief so the price and included work can be confirmed.

Can I request a different dialect or delivery style?

Yes. Describe your target audience, preferred Arabic variety and reference tone in your brief. We will check suitable options and availability; the published profiles are a starting point rather than a promise that every dialect or style is available.

Can the same performer record voice-over and dubbing?

This depends on the performer, role and project. Dubbing may require character performance and synchronization to picture, while narration follows a different brief. Share the script and video where relevant so suitability can be assessed.

What information helps you recommend a voice?

Send the script or estimated word count, target audience, Arabic variety, tone, intended use and deadline. For advertising, include the channels, markets and usage period. For dubbing, include the video, characters and timing requirements.

How are availability and turnaround confirmed?

We check the selected performer and production requirements after reviewing your brief. The recording schedule and delivery date are confirmed for the project. A published demo does not mean that a performer is immediately available.

Can you manage recording and audio post-production?

Yes. The Arabic Studio can coordinate voice recording and audio post-production, including editing and mixing where agreed. Tell us whether you need a voice track, dubbing to picture or a finished mix so the recording, review and delivery scope can be confirmed.
