Terms of Service.

The Arabic Studio provides language, translation, localization, certified translation, audio and visual production services. These terms describe our general approach to website enquiries and projects. A quote, order, statement of work or other written project agreement sets the specific scope. Where its terms differ from these general terms, the specific written agreement takes priority for that project.

Visiting this website or sending a request does not place an order or reserve a deadline. A project starts when the scope and commercial terms are accepted through the relevant written or online order process. Nothing here removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Tell us what the material is, the source and target languages or dialects, the audience or receiving organization, intended use, required format and deadline. A complete brief lets us estimate the work and flag anything that needs a separate service, such as notarization, print delivery, subtitles or voice talent.

We confirm the deliverables, price, currency, payment arrangement and proposed timing in the quote or order flow. The request form opens a conversation; it does not collect payment. If the material or instructions change after approval, we will explain the effect on price and schedule before adding the new work.

You must be entitled to send us the files, text, recordings, images, brands and other material in your brief and to authorize their use for the agreed work. Tell us about third-party rights, confidentiality restrictions, sensitive information and any permission needed from a speaker, performer or person whose likeness or voice appears in the material.

Please identify names, terminology, reference files and instructions that must be followed. If a source is incomplete or unclear, we may ask for clarification before proceeding. A correction to the source or a new version after work begins can change the agreed scope and timing.

Your accepted quote or checkout sets the price, currency, due date and payment method. We identify additional services or third-party costs that are known before you approve them. Taxes, transfer fees and any agreed expenses are addressed in the applicable quote or invoice.

Payment arrangements can differ by service. We may pause work that depends on an overdue payment after giving notice, where the agreement and applicable law allow it. A payment dispute should be raised promptly so we can review it with the project record.

Translation, localization, dubbing, voice-over, subtitling and visual production each have their own steps. We plan the work around the deliverables and quality checks confirmed for your project. A delivery estimate assumes we receive the necessary files, decisions, approvals and agreed payment in time.

If we identify a material obstacle or delay, we will tell you and discuss a practical next step. A requested change to language, script, duration, format, technical specification or delivery destination may call for a revised quote or timeline.

Tell us where a certified translation will be submitted and share the receiving organization’s current instructions before we agree the project. A certification statement, stamp, signature, notarization or printed copy is included only as specified in the applicable offer or order.

The receiving organization makes its own acceptance decision. We prepare the agreed document to the requirements you share and to any service commitment expressly stated in the offer. If the recipient later asks for a change, let us know so we can review whether it is a correction within scope or additional work.

For voice-over, dubbing, on-camera work, AI voice or voice cloning, the agreed brief should state the intended use, audience, channels, duration, language and any talent or tool restrictions. You are responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions needed for material and people you supply, including any person whose voice or likeness is to be replicated.

The available talent, production method, licensing and permitted use of a recording or synthetic voice are set by the project agreement. Ask us to identify a particular production restriction or approval step before accepting the quote if it matters to your use.

The quote or service offer identifies any review stages and included revisions. For certified translation, revision terms are confirmed with the quote. Tell us what appears wrong and identify the relevant passage, timecode or file so we can assess and correct an error against the agreed brief.

A preference change, new source file, altered script or extra output is different from correcting an error in the agreed work. We will discuss any added cost or time before doing work beyond the included review scope. Your statutory remedies for a service that does not meet applicable standards remain available.

We deliver through the method and format stated in the order, such as a digital file or an agreed physical copy. Check the deliverables after receipt and tell us about a missing file, technical problem or apparent mismatch with the brief so we can investigate. A physical shipment or third-party platform may have its own transit or access constraints.

A final approval may be needed before we publish, release or produce a later stage of a media project. We will identify that step in the project plan. Silence alone is not a blanket waiver of a genuine error or of a right given by law.

Contact us promptly if you need to pause or cancel. We will explain what work has been completed, what costs were agreed and what can be stopped. Any payment or refund follows the accepted order and applicable law; we do not treat a general website clause as removing a statutory cancellation or remedy right.

If a service has to start during a period in which a consumer may have a legal right to withdraw, any required express request, information or acknowledgement should be handled in the ordering process. The treatment of work already performed depends on the law that applies to that order.

You retain the rights you hold in the source material you provide. The rights to use final deliverables, and any limits on territory, channels, duration, talent, music, stock material or other third-party assets, are set by the accepted project terms and the licenses that apply to those components.

A delivered file does not automatically grant rights in another person’s source work or extend a talent license beyond its agreed use. We will not use your source files as public case-study material merely because you requested a quote or project; portfolio permission is handled separately.

We use project material to assess, produce and deliver the agreed work and involve the people and services needed for that purpose. If your material needs a particular confidentiality agreement, access restriction or transfer method, tell us before sending it so that arrangement can be confirmed.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information and project files are handled. Please avoid sending material you are not permitted to share, and tell us if a project requires an additional data-handling instruction.

A government authority, broadcaster, platform, publisher or other recipient can change its specifications or decide whether to accept a deliverable. Give us the applicable instructions at the start so they can be built into the agreed brief. Unless a specific written commitment says otherwise, we cannot make the recipient’s decision for it.

Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience. Their availability, content, policies and actions are controlled by their operators.

If you believe our work does not meet the agreed brief, contact us with the relevant files and an explanation. We will review the concern, discuss a correction or other appropriate response, and address it under the project agreement and applicable law.

Events outside either party’s reasonable control can affect timing. If that happens, we will communicate the effect and discuss a revised plan. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may revise these website terms when our services or practices change. The date at the top identifies the version shown here. A later website update does not, by itself, rewrite an already accepted project agreement; changes to an active project should be agreed through the applicable project communication.

If a term, delivery condition, license, confidentiality requirement or cancellation arrangement matters to your decision, ask us to put it in the quote or agreement before you accept. If a concern arises during a project, contact us so we can review it with you.

The law and any dispute process applicable to a particular project may be stated in its written agreement. Mandatory rights that apply to a consumer are not displaced by a different website statement.
