Present your documents in clear, accurate Arabic. Start with the receiving organisation

An Arabic translation may be requested by an employer, university, business partner or public authority. Their instructions determine what you need to order: a complete translation, a signed translator declaration, a particular file format or an additional authentication step. Send those instructions with your documents rather than assuming that every organisation uses the same rules.

Certified translation, notarisation and legalisation are different procedures. Our translation quote confirms the agreed certification package; any separate procedure must be checked before ordering. We do not promise universal acceptance or act as the authority deciding your application.

Translate the complete record

Share readable scans or original digital files, including reverse sides, attachments, marginal entries, stamps and signatures. Certificates and company records often contain information outside the main paragraphs. Cropped photographs or selected extracts can leave out details that the recipient needs.

English-to-Arabic document translation preserves what the source says. An unclear entry, inconsistent date or missing page is raised for clarification. Translation does not correct an original certificate, alter a legal fact or supply information that is absent from the document.

Agree names and terminology before production

Provide any established Arabic spelling of personal names and organisation names used in the relevant official records. If an English document contains a name that already has an Arabic form, a reliable reference helps keep the translation consistent. The translator still checks the reference against the source and flags discrepancies.

For academic documents, identify the institution and the purpose of submission. For business documents, share approved terminology and related records where useful. These references support accurate wording; they do not authorise additions, invented equivalencies or changes to the original information.

A translation package you can check

The agreed delivery includes the Arabic translation and its certification declaration. Digital delivery, document presentation and any additional file requirements are confirmed in your quote. Arabic reads from right to left, so tables, mixed-language names, codes and numbers require attention as well as the translated wording.

Review identity spellings and document completeness before submitting the package. If the recipient asks for a change to the certification format, share the actual instruction so we can assess the request. New source pages or additional documents can change the scope.

  • Complete English source, with all pages in order.
  • Receiving organisation and its written requirements.
  • Existing Arabic name spellings or approved terminology.
  • Submission deadline and preferred delivery format.

Request an English-to-Arabic translation quote

Send the document set, the intended use and your deadline. We review the readable content, page complexity and requested certification before confirming price and timing. If your source language is not English, identify it in the request so availability can be checked rather than assumed.

Before you start

Can you translate an English certificate into Arabic?

Send the complete certificate and the receiving organisation’s requirements. We review the source and confirm the English-to-Arabic translation, certification and delivery scope in your quote.

Is a certified Arabic translation automatically accepted everywhere?

No single format is accepted by every recipient. Check the organisation’s current instructions and share them before ordering; any notarisation or legalisation is a separate requirement.

What if my name already appears in Arabic on another record?

Supply that record or the approved Arabic spelling. We compare it with the source and raise any discrepancy rather than silently altering document facts.
