One language direction, different submission needs

A birth certificate, transcript and company registration record can all need an English translation, but their submission requirements may differ. Tell us whether the document is for study, employment, a family application or a business matter. Include the receiving organisation’s instructions and the exact document version it requests.

An English translation represents the Arabic source. It does not establish eligibility, evaluate a qualification or guarantee an application outcome. A signed translation declaration also does not replace a separate notarisation or legalisation procedure when the recipient requires one.

Get identity details right from the start

Arabic personal names can have several reasonable English spellings. Share the spelling used in the applicant’s passport or the relevant identity record. Identify which person each reference concerns, particularly where a certificate includes parents, witnesses or several company representatives.

We check dates, places, registration numbers, titles and other details against the source. If a spelling reference conflicts with the document, or a stamp is unreadable, the issue needs clarification. The translation should not silently repair an original record or turn an unclear entry into a guessed fact.

Include every part of the Arabic document

Send clear images or scans of every page, including reverse sides, attached sheets and marginal notes. Keep document edges visible and stamps readable. Where both an editable source and a reference PDF exist, send the approved versions together and identify which record is being submitted.

Arabic-to-English translation of academic records preserves course titles, grades and qualification details without converting them into an invented foreign equivalency. Business and legal documents similarly retain their source meaning; approved terminology and related records can help the translator maintain consistency.

Confirm certification and delivery

Your quote sets out the agreed English translation and certification declaration, along with digital delivery and any document-format requirements. Share a required declaration format before work starts. The recipient may specify how translations and source copies should be submitted, so check the submission instructions as well as the language requirement.

Review name spellings, page coverage and the agreed package when you receive it. If new material is added or the receiving instructions change, send the details so we can assess the additional work. Corrections to the underlying source record must be handled with its issuer.

  • Complete Arabic source pages and attachments.
  • Passport spellings where relevant.
  • Receiving organisation and certification instructions.
  • Deadline, required document format and intended use.

Get a quote for your document set

We assess readable content, document complexity and the requested certification before confirming cost and turnaround. You can request an Arabic-to-English translation as a single document or as a related set. For a source language other than Arabic, name the language in your enquiry so availability and scope can be confirmed.

Before you start

Which Arabic documents can I send for English translation?

Send personal, academic or business records for review, including all pages and the receiving instructions. We confirm the specific document scope in the quote.

Should I provide passport name spellings?

Yes, where applicable. They help keep English names consistent with identity records. Any discrepancy with the Arabic source is raised for clarification.

Does certified translation include notarisation?

Not automatically. Certification, notarisation and legalisation are separate steps. Share the recipient’s instructions so the required package can be assessed before ordering.
