ARABIC DOCUMENT TRANSLATION
Certified Arabic Birth Certificate Translation
A birth certificate links a person’s identity to parents, dates and places. We translate Arabic birth certificates into English and review those details against the source before preparing the agreed certification and digital package.
Request a translation quoteWhat to send with your request
Send a clear scan or photograph of the entire certificate, including its edges, reverse side, attachments and any additional registration notes. A short extract and a complete civil-register record may contain different information; send the version your receiving organisation requests.
- Every page, stamp, signature and handwritten addition.
- The destination country, receiving organisation and its current translation instructions.
- The spelling of names in the relevant passport or other identity document.
- Your deadline and any instructions for a printed copy, notarization or legalisation.
Names, dates and civil-register details
Arabic names can have more than one reasonable Latin spelling. Provide the spelling used in the applicant’s passport so the translator can check consistency rather than guess. The translation must still represent the source: an apparent discrepancy in a parent’s name, registration date or place is flagged for clarification, not silently corrected. Tell us if your records use a Hijri date, Gregorian date or both; any explanatory treatment is agreed for the receiving purpose.
The translated certificate and certification
The agreed package includes the translated document, review against the source, a signed and stamped declaration, and digital delivery with an issuance reference. The studio’s QR reference helps check issuance; it does not replace a government document check or a separate professional accreditation. Unclear or illegible content is raised for review and represented appropriately instead of being invented.
Immigration, study and other official uses
The certification needed depends on the organisation reviewing the file. USCIS requires a complete English translation with certification of accuracy and the translator’s competence. UK visitor-visa guidance specifies accuracy confirmation, date, name, signature and contact details. Canadian, Australian and other processes can require additional professional or notarial steps. Send the actual checklist before agreeing the order; the receiving organisation decides acceptance.
Price, turnaround and corrections
The published standard starting rate is $15 USD per page of up to 250 words, with a preferred 24-hour turnaround after review and agreement. The urgent starting option is $25 USD per page with a preferred 12-hour turnaround, subject to confirmation. A physical certificate does not automatically equal one billable page. We confirm the word-count basis, full total, certification and delivery schedule in the quote. Send your order reference when asking about a correction; revision terms are agreed with the quote.
Questions about this request
Can I send a photograph of an Arabic birth certificate?
Yes, a clear scan or photograph can be used for initial review. Include the complete document and all relevant sides and pages. We will flag anything that cannot be read.
Do I need notarization for USCIS?
8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) specifies a complete English translation and the translator’s certification of accuracy and competence; the provision does not itself require notarization. Check any additional instructions for your particular filing.
Will the translator correct a different name spelling on my certificate?
The translation represents the source. Supply passport spellings for a consistency check, and disclose discrepancies so their treatment can be clarified rather than silently changing a source fact.
